My journey starts today

Simplest first post ever.

In two years, I've gained 30 pounds.

I want to lose 30 pounds. I want to tighten and tone. I want to be healthy and prevent diabetes.

Day one was hard. I did the first day of PiYo, which is the lower body alignment. It was definitely a lot more strenuous that I imagined!!
